Jaco Mulder is a musician/composer/conductor whose experience spans more than 35 years. His music is listened to worldwide. He studied percussion, music-education and conducting at several conservatories in Holland. In 2022 he participated the online-course Momentum with Marc Jovani as part of Cinematic Composing. To finish this course, he went to Los Angeles to record an orchestral adaption of his beautiful work “Kadish” in the Silent Zoo studio which he wrote in 2020. This piece was originally written as a memorial song for choir and orchestra. The composition made a huge impression. He also conducted several pieces of other students of Momentum there as well. Jaco has worked with several professional orchestra’s in the Netherlands and abroad. His experience extends from classical and musicals to cinematic music. He also has made arrangements for multiple CD productions and as a composer he wrote the musical “the Liberation” which toured through Holland for several years. As a composer he wrote for choir, symphonic orchestra, brassband, percussion ensemble, marimba and piano.

Jaco Mulder was born in Harderwijk but for the most part grew up in Emmeloord where he received piano and drum lessons. He studied at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague and at the Artez Conservatory in Zwolle, where he completed several master’s degrees. He has made tours to England, Austria…
